This page explains how to delete your account in the Gokul Play School app and the data associated with it. The app is provided by Gokul Play School & Day Care.
Delete your account in the app
If you created your own account in the app (to apply for admission or a job):
- Sign in to the Gokul Play School app.
- On your home screen, tap “Delete my account”.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Your account, applications and any CV you attached are deleted immediately.
Request deletion from the school
Parent and staff accounts are issued by the school. To delete one, or to delete your account without the app, contact us from the email address or phone number on your account:

We will confirm your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted

| Name, email, phone, password | Deleted |
| Push notification device token | Deleted |
| Applications and CVs | Deleted |
| Child's photos, daily reports, observations | Deleted |
| Attendance and financial records | Kept where required under applicable rules, then deleted |
Partial deletion
You can ask us to delete specific data, such as photographs, without closing your account.
